Ignatius Mouse Sunday Club
Ignatius Mouse Sunday Club meet during Mass at St Michaels 10-11am. All are welcome.
Ignatius Mouse (well known to lots of infant school children) has now joined our Sunday Club and has given it his name. Shortly invitations are to be given to children to advertise our club and some are also to be found at the back of Church, so if you have a child or grandchild please take one. As you know our Ignatius Mouse Sunday Club is very much in its infancy, but already we have a loyal group of children who come along. Each week we plan to have a bible story and prayers and colouring or crafts. If you are interested in hearing more about or helping with the Ignatius Sunday Club, please do speak to Wendy.

This was taken this morning (20 January, 2013) the lesson this morning was all about Moses and the parting of the Red Sea. So after prayers, hearing the story and doing an experiment with water and pepper - which the children loved!, they settled down to make a moving picture. Miah is holding hers up.
Today, 14th April, we learnt all about the Woman who lost a coin and who was so joyful when she found it. We had a lovely time making and decorating coin shapes from salt dough. Before the service Denise and Wendy laid a 'lost coin' trail around the church and during coffee we searched them out and at the same time discovered more about those things that are in Church, that we see but don't know what they are all about.
